Steve Anderson

Steve Anderson is Assistant Professor of Interactive Media at the USC School of Cinema-Television, Associate Editor of Vectors Journal of Culture and Technology in a Dynamic Vernacular and Associate Director of the Institute for Multimedia Literacy at USC. His research interests include historiography, the theory and history of emerging technologies, documentary and experimental film and video, and interactive media design. He is a curator, critic and creator of digital media, and is currently completing a book manuscript titled Technologies of History and an interactive documentary examining the interrelationship of media, technology, and memory. Anderson has a Ph.D. in Film, Literature and Culture from USC and an MFA in Film and Video from CalArts.
