DriftNet in the Container Culture exhibition.

Born in 1982 in Shimane Pref., Hirakawa is currently in the post-graduate course (2nd grade) of Media Art course of Information Design, Dept. of Tama Art University, after graduating the course in 2005. He has been awarded many prizes for his graduate work Global Bearing (2004) and has exhibited the wotk in Japan and abroad. DriftNet (20005) is his latest work and will be ajusted to the spacial context of the container for ZeroOne San Jose. Hirakawa is in responsible for the entire process including concept, programming, interface and installation design.
