"New balanced alliances are needed that challenge city authorities and regulators, architects, advertisers and broadcasters as well as cultural curators, artists and the citizen as producer to shape the future development of the developing "screens world" in a sustainable manner."
How would "new balanced alliances" be formed, and under whose leadership? This seems to be the most interesting aspect of this paper, one that I would like to hear more about. I am curious about the similarities and differences between how "Urban Screens" would operate and public access television.
